FameLab 2014 Times / Dates / Locations
ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE FAMELAB 2013-2014 YEAR.
Heats: please note you only need to attend one heat at each location, winners from the heats will be chosen to progress to the regional final.
Regional finals: between 5 to 10 winners from each heat will progress onto the regional finals, so make sure you leave these dates free in your diary.
If you progress to your regional final you will need a different 3 minute presentation to the one you used in the heat.
Please see here for the full list of competition rules.
Please note: an informal training session is offered at all locations. Although this is not compulsory, it is highly recommended as it will clarify the rules and the criteria used by the judges, make you aware of local opportunities in science communication and give you hints and tips on doing a great presentation.
